EMMA stands for Emergency Management Mobile Application. EMMA was designed as a notification, communication, and emergency management platform. The features of EMMA allow use ala carte of any feature within these capabilities yet wholistically allow for overall administration hierarchy and transparent views of events to include 911 dispatched personnel/dispatch centers and appropriate rights/privileges for groups of users on any EMMA account.
